Return Policy

1. Returns of New  (unopened) and Unused Items Within 7 Days of Receipt. 

We allow you to return E-BIKES or E-SCOOTERS (accessories are final sale ) in new (unopened) and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee, less shipping cost from our warehouse to the recipient and 2.5% Card Processing Fee. 

For all returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient, unless we made a shipping error. Any returns which have been damaged, scratched, or used in any way will not be accepted.

2. Returns of New (unopened) and Unused Items Outside the 7-Day Window. 

If you wish to make a return outside of the 7-day window, then if the item to be returned is in new (unopened) and unused condition, you may return the item subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of twenty percent (25%) of the purchase price less shipping cost from our warehouse to the recipient and 2.5% Card Processing Fee. 

For all returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient, unless we made a shipping error. Any returns which have been damaged, scratched, or used in any way will not be accepted.

3. Returns of Opened or Used Items.

We do not accept any items returned which is opened or in used condition.

 

Return Shipping Costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.

What is the 2.5% Payment Processor Fee?

Payment processing fees are the fees that we must pay every time we accept a credit card payment. This fee is imposed by Shopify payment (the payment gateway) on all Shopify merchants that use Shopify’s built-in payment systems. This is a non-refundable fee that EZbike Canada covers on behalf of the customer once an order is placed on our website. We do not charge this fee to customers when a purchase is made and cover the cost ourselves. As this fee is non-refundable, when a customer cancels an order, this 2.5% is not included in the refund that we receive for cancelling the order on behalf of the customer. This fee is passed along to the customer that cancels the order and is subtracted from the total refund amount.
