CANCELED ONLINE ORDERS
Online orders typically are processed within 24-48 hrs. after the order has been placed. Unshipped orders are can be canceled without administration fee. Orders canceled after the order has shipped are subject to the normal return policy. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. You must accept delivery, contact EZBIKE to obtain a return approval and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, you will be refunded the purchase price excluding the original “free shipping” cost, return postage costs and the standard 20% restocking fee. EZBIKE will not issue a credit until it is in possession of the returned item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, contact our Customer Service Department within 4 days of delivery at email@example.com with supporting images and documentation. If there is significant visible damage to the shipping box or skid, you have the right to refuse the package from the delivery driver. Please take photos of the package and request that the carrier starts a claim with their company. We will ship you a new product as soon as we receive the old one back and assess the damages.
