EZbike Return Policy Overview

At EZbike, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to enjoy your e-bike or e-scooter with confidence. Please review our updated return policy below:

Return Window for New and Unused Items

Eligibility: Returns of new or clearance e-bikes and e-scooters are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds: For items that are new and unopened, eligible returns will be refunded minus shipping costs (to and from the customer) and a 2.5% restocking fee.
If the box is opened or the item has been used within the 7-day period, eligible returns will be refunded minus shipping costs (to and from the customer) and a 25% restocking fee.
Condition:Returned items must be in new, unopened, and unused condition. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Responsibility: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a confirmed shipping error by EZbike.

Defective Products

Reporting Period:Customers must report any defect or issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
Resolution:If confirmed defective, EZbike will provide a free return shipping label and offer repair, replacement, or refund with no restocking fees.
Note: Continued use of a defective item after discovery may void the return eligibility.

Order Cancellations

Unshipped Orders:Orders may be canceled up to 3 business days prior to shipment, subject to a 2.5% merchant processing fee.
Pre-orders:Deposits on pre-orders are refundable.

Return Process

Approval:An approval letter is required before returning a product. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Inspection:Returns will be inspected upon receipt. Items not in sellable condition will be rejected, and the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
Refund:Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method.

Final Sale Items

All accessories, refurbished, and demo products are final sale.

EZbike is not responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
