I had an issue with a bent inner spoke hub when it first arrived. It happens. I reached out to support and always received a reply within 24 hours (this is during the busy holiday season). I was given a few options and ended up just going with a full front wheel replacement. It arrived 2 days later and the bike is riding smooth. I’ve checked up and down; the welds, the attachments, etc, and everything is excellent. I live in a city with a LOT of e-bikes, and I have owned others. I don’t think any I’ve seen match the quality and support for under $1,000. Impressive value and thank you very much to the support team, because that really makes the experience complete for me. I’ll probably get another for my wife when she wants to upgrade.
