This new version of the Thunder electric scooter has more powerful brakes than its predecessors. With the same setup as its big brother, the Dualtron X Limited, the Thunder 3 has hydraulic brakes with 4-piston calipers and large 160 mm brake rotors. They provide excellent braking ability yet require minimal effort from the rider.With more contact area between the brake pads and rotor, you’ll get more miles out of these Nutt hydraulic brakes than you would with less premium brakes.
Nutt 4-Piston Hydraulic Brakes
Suspension is key when it comes to comfort. Dual suspension allows the front and rear of the scooter to flex as you overcome obstacles on the road. The Dualtron Thunder 3 electric scooter features a suspension system. Unlike with spring or hydraulic suspension, rubber suspension is housed inside scooter components—not exposed to the elements. The new patent-pending design makes it easier to replace or update. For a firmer or softer response, you can select the cartridge hardness that suits your preferences.
New Dual Suspension System
The lighting on the Thunder 3 is as good as lightning. Projecting 60 watts from the headlights alone, you don’t need to worry about driving in the dark.
